Jessica Emick, PhD, is a licensed pediatric and school psychologist with clinical expertise in behavioral therapy for a range of childhood disorders including anxiety disorders. She is a full-time graduate psychology faculty member as well as a consultant for Riverside Publishing Company. Dr. Emick has presented nationally in the areas of Anxiety Disorders, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Executive Function and behavioral disorders in children. She co-authored journal articles and book reviews on topics related to the development of executive functioning, assessment validity, social skills and ASD, and ADHD assessment. Dr. Emick earned her MA in Neuropsychology from the University of Northern Colorado and her PhD in School Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology with specialties in Autism and Anxiety Disorders. Dr. Emick is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Ohio Psychological Association.
